This week Clara continued to try new foods, including some Organix red pepper hearts corn puffs (which she loved, and were great as they completely disintegrated in her mouth so I was less paranoid about her choking on these!). She also tried Organix multigrain mini cereal puffs, although given that she is still struggling to get along with the porridge, I think this was a step too far as it is basically all of the lumps from the porridge taken out and combined in one packet! Definitely going to need a little bit more work with this one.

We also went to IKEA on Friday with Clara’s grandad and his friend and sat and ate in the restaurant with her (we took our own food, although it was great to see that they actually give free organic Annabel Karmel baby food pouches with every adult meal purchase, so I would definitely give this a try next time). Overall, it was a bit of a faff and I will definitely need to get more confident with feeding her while I am out as she makes quite a bit of mess and needs constant supervision so I found myself getting a bit flustered. By the time I got round to eating my own food it was stone cold but at least she seemed happy so I guess it was a success overall!
